The parents return

My parents are returning to Australia after living in Bangkok and Singapore for years. Taify (dad) flew in last Friday and I went to dinner with him on Saturday night to catch up. I'm not exactly sure when Jilli (mum) is returning but it should be in the next couple of days.
What does one do with parents living in the same country? will it be sunday roasts and using their washing machine?
The whole thing is weirding me out a bit. I was so used to being the only member of my family in Sydney...

It's a good thing, you have people around you to look after you when your sick and help take you to the hospital for your tests, feed you and support you. Share the burden of living/coping with your disease.

Yes, true.
I love and appreciate my parents and family, as i'm sure everybody does.

I'm sure that I'm a handful sometimes- and for that, I appreciate anybody who can put up with me for extended periods of time.

I can understand when someone has to run away from it all.

Also a little thank you for Alison for coming to hospital with me so many times with and without those hangovers. I owe you heaps.

And of course thank you Jilli for the company at RPA today.
